Tuition fees - January 2025
Each year our tuition fees and any discounts are revised.
Fees are applicable from January to December, unless we state otherwise.

Tuition fees are $150 each child per term.
Discounts to this fee may apply if all conditions for a discount is met. See below for details
Discounts available - January 2025
ACT Government subsidy
Our school is a registered community language school under the ACT Community Languages School program.
This means the ACT Government helps to support your children by paying us a small supplement that goes towards your tuition fees each year.
The amount is capped at $90 per child enrolled at the beginning of each year only if application forms are fully completed and returned to us by the first week of March each year.

We use this to help pay for some of the long list of running costs of our school, including paying our amazing tutors, providing free textbooks to our students and providing free dinner meal packs at each lesson.

We ask that all parents return their completed forms to us during the first week of March to allow our school to fund your kids learning future.
Where forms are not returned or not on time, it puts pressure on us to increase your tuition fees each year by the amount of the subsidy lost. We automatically apply this discount to all students in good faith, but reserve the right to not apply this discount where forms are not returned after repeated attempts to recover the forms from you fails.
Sibling discount
We love having siblings attend our classes as it encourages them to learn, provides a familiar face for new students attending, and helps create friendship bonds with other families.

To be eligible for the discount, all children must be enrolled at the same time and attending simultaneously.
This means if you are enrolling additional sibling at different times of the year, you will not qualify for the siblings discount. For example, Mary is enrolled for Term 1 and her brother Petros wants to join in Term 3 - the sibling discount will unfortunately not apply.​
Upfront annual payment discount
We want to reward families that pay their tuition fees upfront for the full year.

To be eligible you must:

enroll all siblings at the same time

return all fully completed and valid ACT Government subsidy forms for each child by the first week of March each year
